Willow Glen Children’s Theatre will present two free events for kids this Saturday, March 26, at Willow Glen Branch Library.  Children ages 3-5 will enjoy participating in Fairy Tale Theatre at 1 p.m. They’ll hear classic and contemporary fairy tales, become characters, and act out stories together. Speaking of fairy tales, you’ll find a special collection of Folk and Fairy Tales at San Jose Public Library locations. At Willow Glen Library, this collection is at the end of the children’s picture book section.

Immediately after the fairy tale workshop, at 2 p.m., Willow Glen Children’s Theatre will present Improv Games for children age 7 and up. Children will be introduced to a variety of fun and entertaining acting games, participating as both performers and audience members. Young actors may want to check out these books about improvisation to further develop their skills!
