Except for a few special occasions, the program normally takes place on the third Wednesday of the month at Tully Branch Library from 6:00-8:00 PM. If you need additional help, the lawyer is also available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on every third Saturday at Santa Teresa Branch.
