Customers, staff, volunteers, and partners enjoyed a fun-filled Halloween festival at the Tully Community Branch Library. Children of all ages had a great time creating crafts, playing games, wearing their custumes, and going to the haunted house. We would like to give special thanks to the Friends of the Tully Branch Library for their generous contributions, Vietnamese-American Women Volunteers Association of Northern California, and Tully Branch's teensReach.
