The City’s Housing Department is pleased to offer a special home repair assistance program for eligible San José homeowners who live in the City’s Strong Neighborhood Initiative (SNI) areas. The repairs can include roofing, electrical, heating, plumbing and accessibility modifications. Income-qualifying households may receive up to $150,000 in assistance to fix up their homes depending on the amount of eligible repairs.
