San José Public Library Stands with the AAPI Community

San José Public Library (SJPL) denounces the violent attacks against our Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. We believe that, through literacy and education, individuals and communities grow in appreciation and empathy for the unique experiences and values of others, and we are committed to providing access to knowledge resources that build understanding, compassion, and respect. Together, we can combat hate with knowledge and community partnerships to develop a deeper understanding of one another. SJPL expresses our heartfelt support to the victims and stand by our AAPI library members, seniors, volunteers, colleagues, and neighbors.#StopAsianHate
