It’s Time for Not-Too-Spooky Fun on Wednesday, October 30 at 4:00 PM!
WITCH way to the fun? Right here!
Join us at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library for a fang-tastic time on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, 4:00 – 5:30 PM. It’s a family-friendly Halloween event that promises plenty of thrills without the chills—perfect for your little ghouls and goblins.
Here’s what’s creeping up:
- Showtime at 4:00 PM: We’ll kick off the hauntingly good times with an outdoor performance by Andy Z. Don’t forget to bring a cozy blanket or mat to sit on—no need to be a scaredy-cat about comfort!
- After the show: We’ll assemble our mini monsters on the first floor for a fun costume parade through the library’s first four floors. Trick-or-Treat stations will be lurking around each corner, and escalators and elevators will help you float from floor to floor.
- After the parade: Each kid gets to grab a free book, plus enjoy some fun activities in the Children's Room!
Costumes are encouraged (but not required), so dust off those witch hats and superhero capes!
