Please note that effective February 13, 2025, full access library cards are only available to California residents who visit a local SJPL location in person or meet the eligibility requirements to enroll in our Library-by-Mail service. This is due to recent budget shortfalls, high demand and rising costs of our most popular resources. We would be happy to assist you if you are able to visit an SJPL location in the future.
