• Local School Districts - Your local school district assists children aged 3 and over. An Individual Educational Plan (IEP) will be created.

• Parents Helping Parents of Children with Special Needs, Santa Clara, CA - Provides a wealth of services to families of children with special needs including education, community and family services, and health-related services.
• Book Lists and Book Reviews on Special Needs Children - Book topics include ADHD, adoption, allergies, asthma, autism, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, premature babies, seizures, speech, language and visual impairment.
• Children's Disability Lists of Lists - Annotated list of Support Groups for families of children with disabilities and special needs. Needs covered include ADD/ADHD, adoption, allergies, asthma, birth defects and down syndrome.
