About the Tech Hubs
Tech Hubs, powered by SJ Access, are community-centered digital inclusion spaces operated by community-based organizations that provide a full range of digital literacy support and programs for the public. These include computer labs, digital skill-building classes, assistance with accessing affordable home broadband and tech devices, and personalized support from bilingual staff.
All Tech Hubs are FREE and are housed within city and non-profit community service centers throughout San Jose. These spaces are open to the public for at least 20 hours per week.
Tech Hubs are supported by SJ Access grants managed by the San José Public Library with funding from the City's Digital Inclusion Fund and philanthropic efforts led by the San José Public Library Foundation.
